How It Works
Booking Process
From Inquiry to Event Day

Inquiry & Consultation
Reach out with your event details. We'll schedule a pre-event planning consultation to align on vision, logistics, and music preferences.

Contract & Deposit
Review and sign your Client Service Agreement. A 10% non-refundable deposit secures your date and locks in your package.

Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Late payments incur a 10% fee. Accepted via Credit Card, Zelle, Direct Deposit, or Cash.

Event Day
We arrive early, set up professionally, and deliver the experience your guests will remember. Overtime available at your package rate.
Cancellation
Day-of cancellation: 100% of remaining balance due. 1 day prior: 75%. 2 days prior: 50%. 3 days prior: 25%. All cancellations forfeit the non-refundable deposit.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling with 2+ weeks notice: no fee. Less than 2 weeks notice: 25% rescheduling fee applied to new contract value plus any non-refundable costs incurred.
Exclusivity & Safety
MCP is the exclusive provider of contracted services. Client agrees to provide safe working conditions. MCP reserves the right to leave if staff or equipment safety is threatened.
