Monarch Corporate Productions ("MCP," "we," "us") operates mcorppro.com and produces live events and DJ services in Chicago, Illinois. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our contact, booking, artist submission or newsletter forms, or email or call us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, message, and details about your event or performance.
Booking and payment information. When you book DJ services or other production work, we collect the details needed for your contract and invoice. Payments by credit card, Zelle, direct deposit or cash are handled through the payment method you choose. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
Shop and ticket purchases. Merchandise is sold through our shop on Fourthwall, and some event tickets are sold through partners such as Privit. Those companies collect your order and payment details under their own privacy policies, and share order information with us so we can fulfill your purchase.
Automatically collected information. Like most websites, our site (built on Squarespace) collects your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and approximate location through cookies and similar technologies.
Photos and video. We photograph and record at our events. See our Terms and Conditions for how event media is used.
How we use information
To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and manage bookings.
To process orders, deliver services and send receipts, contracts and event details.
To send news and event updates if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
To review artist submissions and schedule performers.
To understand how visitors use the site and improve it, and to keep the site secure.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as Squarespace (website, forms and analytics), Fourthwall (shop), ticketing partners, payment providers, email tools and accountants, and only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in a business sale or merger.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to make the site work, remember your cart and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, such as the cart, may not work without them. Embedded content from Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok may set its own cookies under those platforms' policies.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements, generally up to seven years for contracts and financial records. Newsletter subscribers stay on our list until they unsubscribe.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to remove you from our email list. Email Info@mcorppro.com and we will respond within 45 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards and rely on the security practices of our platform providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-party links
Our site links to other sites, including social media, our shop and ticketing partners. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
