Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of mcorppro.com and your participation in events and services offered by Monarch Corporate Productions ("MCP," "we," "us"). By using the site, buying tickets or merchandise, attending an event or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, submit false information, or copy or scrape content in bulk. We may change or remove content, or suspend access, at any time.

2. Intellectual property

The MCP name, butterfly logo, event names (including Unbounded Pages and Artistic Visions), text, graphics, photos and video on this site belong to MCP or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Artists and partners keep ownership of their own work.

3. Bookings and services (DJ and production)

Quotes and packages shown on this site are descriptions, not binding offers. A booking is confirmed only when you sign a Client Service Agreement and pay the deposit. Unless your signed agreement says otherwise:

  • Deposit. A 10% non-refundable deposit secures your date and package.

  • Final payment. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Late payments incur a 10% fee. We accept credit card, Zelle, direct deposit and cash.

  • Overtime. Available at your package rate if the event runs beyond the contracted hours and we are able to stay.

  • Cancellation. Day-of: 100% of the remaining balance is due. 1 day prior: 75%. 2 days prior: 50%. 3 days prior: 25%. All cancellations forfeit the deposit.

  • Rescheduling. With 2 or more weeks' notice, no fee. With less, a 25% rescheduling fee applies to the new contract value plus any non-refundable costs incurred.

  • Exclusivity. MCP is the exclusive provider of the contracted services at your event.

  • Safety and venue. You agree to provide safe working conditions, power and access. MCP may leave if staff or equipment safety is threatened, and no refund is due in that case.

If these Terms conflict with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

4. Tickets

Tickets for some events are sold by third-party partners, and their terms apply to those sales. Unless an event is cancelled or a listing says otherwise, ticket sales are final. If we cancel an event, we will offer a refund or credit. Lineups, times and venues may change. Tickets may not be resold for more than face value.

5. Shop purchases

Merchandise is sold and fulfilled through Fourthwall. Pricing, shipping, returns and payment are governed by the terms shown at checkout on that platform.

6. Event attendance and conduct

By attending an MCP event you agree to follow venue rules and staff instructions. We may remove anyone who is disruptive, unsafe, harassing or discriminatory, without a refund. Weapons and illegal substances are prohibited. You attend at your own risk.

7. Photos, video and audio

We photograph and record at events for documentation and promotion. By attending, you consent to appear in that media and grant MCP the right to use it on our website, social channels and marketing without payment. If you do not want to be photographed, tell event staff or email Info@mcorppro.com.

8. Artist submissions and performers

If you submit work or a performance request, you confirm the material is yours to share. You grant MCP a non-exclusive right to use your name and submitted promotional materials to advertise the event you are part of. Submission does not guarantee a slot, and performers may be governed by a separate performance agreement.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we make no warranties, express or implied, to the extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCP and its owners, staff and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, events or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid MCP for the service or ticket at issue. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold MCP harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your conduct at an event or at an event you book.

12. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, power failure, public health orders, venue closure, government action or emergencies. We will work with you in good faith to reschedule or credit affected services.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

14. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date on this page. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
